Evacuation
In the event of a fire or other emergency, please follow the venue staff to the nearest exit.
Filming & Photography
Please note that photographs, videos and audio footage, which may include speakers and delegates, may be used for future marketing materials. Should you wish to be excluded, please tell a member of the team.
Meals & Dietary Requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements or allergens please inform a member of staff immediately, who can let you know which dishes are safe to eat.
Personal Belongings
Please ensure that your personal belongings are with you at all times, as neither the venue nor the conference organisers can be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
Speaker Changes
Sometimes speakers are unable to attend for personal or business reasons. Whilst every effort is made to find a replacement speaker from the same company or similar institution, this is not always possible. We apologise for any disappointment caused by potential agenda changes today.
Speaker Presentations
Speaker presentations will be available to download approximately one week after the conference and are available subject to speaker disclosure. You will receive the download password via email after the conference and presentations will be available for six months.
